Worcester firefighters were called to an mva around 8am Wednesday September 9th on Apricot Street just outside of Sullivan Middle School and South High.
As ladder 4 was responding additional calls were received reporting a school bus that had crashed into a house. At that time fire alarm had filled out the entrapment response.
Ladder 4 arrived to find a school bus that appeared to have lost control slamming into a parked car pushing it up against a house.
The driver had just dropped off all their students at school and was empty at the time of the crash. The driver of bus suffered minor injuries.
Had the parked car in the driveway not been there the bus quite possibly would have crashed into the house.
The accident is being investigated by the Worcester Police Accident Reconstruction Team and Mass DOT
