March 16th 2017- Holden Firefighters were called to Moscow Road for a reported building fire. Numerous calls were received reporting the fire.

Companies found heavy fire from the Alpha Bravo corner of the house which was not occupied at the time of the fire. A 2nd alarm was sounded bringing in multiple mutual aid companies to assist in fighting the fire on the dead end road.

At one point after the heavy fire was knocked down a Mayday had been declared for a Holden Firefighter on the 2nd floor who had fallen thru. The member was quickly extricated from the house uninjured.
