Ladder 3 was going on a run Saturday May 27th. Just after leaving the station it appeared the rig was on fire.
They stopped on Main St and called for Engine 13 to respond.
The truck needed to be towed back to the shops.
The cause was possibly an electrical fire in the engine compartment.
There were no injuries to the crew. They picked up Spare Ladder 22 until repairs can be completed.
