Late this morning Rutland Firefighters were called to 78 Main Street for a report of a fire.

Rutland Firefighters were tied up on a medical call at the time of the fire. Holden was called right away for mutual aid, they ended up arriving first.
A second alarm was sounded brining in firefighters from surrounding towns to knock down the heavy fire.

There were no injuries at the scene. Worcester Box 4 canteen responded to supply refreshments.

The fire is under investigation by Troopers assigned to the State Fire Marshall’s office.

Firefighters had it all taken care of before I arrived so I got some working faces shots.
