This past friday members of the Worcester Fireman's Relief Association were successful in transporting a 1939 Ahrens Fox engine from fire headquarters to a storage location in the city.

The Fox once ran as Engine 11 in Greendale. The relief association will begin a restoration of the antique rig to prepare it for display.

Members were able to get the ole girl cranking again after some mechanical work. It was amazing to hear it running and more amazing to see it driving around.

Thanks to Jay Senior at Belsito's Towing for helping move the fraile ole girl to her new home.
