Leicester firefighters were called to a house on Main Street on Sunday June 7th. Firefighters arrived to find fire showing from the single family house.
Company 2, which is located down the street was first to arrive.
A 2nd alarm was called bringing in mutual aid to help fight the fire as well as cover empty Leicester Stations.
Firefighters made an aggressive stop limiting the fire to the room of origin.
No one was home at the time of the fire. A neighbor was able to get into the house and retrieve some family pets before the fire department arrived.
