On May 29th Worcester District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr held an awards ceremony at Worcester Police Headquarters. The awards ceremony was part of the TEAM awards. It stands for Team Excellence and Merit. The awards are to honor outstanding service by public safety professionals who go above and beyond the call of duty.
The awards were handed out after heroic actions at simultaneous multiple alarm fires in Worcester on April 14th.
