2/9/17 Worcester Firefighters were dispatched to 31 Lincoln Street for an accident. Engine 16 was stilled out for the crash.
While responding calls were received reporting the automobile possibly crashed into a structure.
The response was changed to an unstable structure adding Ladder 2 and Rescue 1 to the run.
On arrival a small sedan was found inside an optometrist's office.
The elderly female operator was checked by Worcester EMS and was not injured.
The operator who came close to striking a sign before entering the building thought she was entering a near by highway off ramp.
