This spectacular accident occurred in Charlton on the afternoon of June 14th. The crash occurred on route 20 at Old Worcester Road. Police reports indicate a passenger car had a green light turning onto route 20 when a pickup truck ran the red light on route 20 causing the collision. Surprisingly there were only minor injuries. The pickup truck on top needed to be stabilized before the operator could be removed. An interesting sidenote,the Charlton Fire Department just received a donation from Boombas Towing in town for a full set of Amkus Rescue Struts not long ago.
