Auburn, MA- Auburn firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 290 west bound near exit 8.
Companies arrived to find an automobile under the trailer of a tractor trailer.
The occupant was pinned in the vehicle. It took some time to extricate the operator of the automobile.
The operator was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Traffic was down to one lane as crews worked the scene.
