This tractor trailer accident occurred on the off ramp from the Mass Pike westbound to I290 and I395. Worcester was special called for their tech rescue gear to help stabilize the truck.
Lifeflight was called to land at the scene. The victim was transported to U-Mass Hospital in Worcester.
Sturbridge Service Center arrived to remove the truck and trailer.
