Numerous calls were received for a building fire on Canterbury Street.
Crews arrived to find fire on the B/C corner of the occupied dwelling.
In a very heads up move Engine 13 was able to access a side street to get to the rear of the building and knock the majority of the fire while hand lines were being put into place.
