Auburn Police attempted to stop a vehicle which fled. The vehicle fled south on I395 to Oxford then back roads were taken into Millbury to route 146. The vehicle exited at Vernon Street and crashed at the corner of Louise Street. The driver fled on foot and was apprehended a short time later in an apartment building on Vernon Street. A firearm was recovered from the vehicle.
