This accident occurred before noon on Lincoln Street.
It appears the operator had a medical episode while traveling inbound on Lincoln Street towards downtown.
The operator collided with a vehicle in front of them while stopped at a red light at the intersection of Cathrine Street.
Vehicle 2 then struck a Worcester Public School bus that didn't have any students on it facing the opposite direction.
Vehicle 1 continued down Lincoln St and the corner of Goldsbury Street it crossed the median into on coming traffic striking a granite monument marker.
There were a total of 4 people transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
